I only had 20 minutes today to get a good, quick workout in and here is what I did.
Jump Rope 5 minutes for warm-up
Cindy – AMRAP (as many reps as possible) in 20 minutes
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Body Weight Squats
I did 18 rounds + 5 pull-ups – How many can you do?
